For all size exchanges, please email us at email@example.com and we'll send you instructions for exchanging the item.
Yes, as long as you notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your order being placed. Once your order goes into production (usually 24 hours after purchase), the only option will be to wait til you receive it. And then if the item doesn't fit, you can exchange it for a different size.
"I made a mistake in my shipping address. Can I change this?"
Yes, as long as you notify us by email at email@example.com before your order is shipped. Once your order is shipped, there's nothing we can do to change the address that was used for shipping.
"I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?"
Yes, you can cancel your order by notifying us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your item goes into production. To be safe, this should be within the first 24 hours. Once your order is shipped, the sale is final. We won't return items for changing your mind too late.

WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE ALL MY ITEMS IN ONE PACKAGE?
If you received a package and not all of your items were in there, then rest assured that the other items will be arriving shortly in a separate package.
